Please don't sleep or do vigorous exercise whilst wearing it as this may break glass or crystal components, which may in turn injure you. May you stay safe at all times :)
Shipping from Croatia
SHIPPING:
All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment, or if the payment was done during the weekend or holidays we will send it the first next working day.
Items will be shipped via Croatian post office registered Air mail. If you wish to have priority, or express mail delivery, as well as delivery confirmation or insurance, those can be arranged for an extra fee, depending on what you need. Feel free to convo us before payment, and we will work that out with you.
You will be notified as soon as your order has been shipped. Approximate delivery time will very according to your location (It shouldn’t take longer than 10 working days if shipped to Europe; 10-15 working days if shipped to US.).
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES:
For international customers, please note that any customs, duty fees, or applicable taxes incurred for your country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Every country varies but you can find this information at your local post office or on the internet.
DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Please make sure that your Etsy address is the same as your PayPal address. If there's a discrepancy between the addresses, we ship to the confirmed PAYPAL address. This is to ensure that the transaction is protected through PayPal.
However, if you would like the item you are purchasing to be sent as a gift to someone at an address different to your confirmed PayPal address, then please tell us in the 'note to seller' section & include the recipients address. We are also happy to include a short message with the order - again just let us know in the 'note to seller' section.

It's very important to us that you are happy with your order.
If for any reason you are not, we accept returns or exchanges for purchased items within 30 days of the shipping date. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of customer. Your refund will be issued when return items are received.
In case of receiving damaged item, please return the item (you will be compensated for shipping costs) and we will either replace it or issue a refund, your choice. Please, put your name on the package when you send it back.
